Section 12-15-57

Issuance of order for taking into custody and bringing before courtof child upon failure of parents, etc., to bring child before court upon request.

If a parent, guardian or other custodian fails, when requested,to bring the child before the court as provided in subdivision (2) of subsection(a) of Section 12-15-58, the court may issue its order directing that thechild be taken into custody and brought before the court.
