Section 12-15-73Issuance of orders restraining conduct of parties to proceedings.
In any proceeding commenced under this chapter, on applicationof a party or the court's own motion, the court may make an order restrainingthe conduct of any party over whom the court has obtained jurisdiction, if:
- (1) An order of disposition of a delinquent or dependent child ora child in need of supervision has been made in a proceeding under this chapter;
- (2) The court finds that the person's conduct is or may be detrimentalor harmful to the child and will tend to defeat the execution of the orderof disposition made; and
- (3) Notice of the application or motion and the grounds thereforand an opportunity to be heard thereon have been given to the person againstwhom the order is directed.
