Section 12-16-40

Clerks of commissions - Clerks to devote such time as requiredby commissions to performance of duties; clerks not to be paid for Sundays;discharge of clerks.

The clerk of the jury commission shall give such time to the performanceof his duties as may be required by the jury commission but shall not be paidfor Sundays.

The jury commission may at any time discharge any clerk employedby it and employ another.
