Section 13A-5-12.1

Fines for certain additional misdemeanors. THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER. THIS SECTION HAS NOT BEEN CODIFIED BY THE LEGISLATURE.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in municipal court, the maximum fine for every person either convicted for violating any misdemeanor in Act 2003-355 adopted as a municipal ordinance violation or adjudicated as a youthful offender shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000).
