Section 16-13-10

Custodian of school funds - Payment of payrolls.

The custodian of school funds of each local board of education shall pay promptly upon receipt all payrolls filed by the local board of education superintendent of education and which are certified by the local board of education superintendent to be correct, due and unpaid and which are approved by the chairman of the local board of education.
