Section 16-24-30Creation; composition; secretary; legal adviser.
There is hereby created a State Tenure Commission to consist of seven members, who shall be selected as hereinafter provided. The Executive Secretary of the Alabama Education Association shall be ex officio Secretary of the State Tenure Commission, and the Attorney General shall assign to the commission an assistant from his office who shall be the legal adviser to the commission.
