Section 16-24-32

Meetings generally; quorum.

The State Tenure Commission shall meet at such times and places as may be determined by the chairman of the commission, or of a majority of its members. Any five members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of its business. The commission shall not meet on more than 30 days in any one year, nor shall any session of the commission continue for longer than five days.
