Section 16-24-33

Organization meetings; chairman and vice-chairman.

The State Tenure Commission shall hold a meeting in the City of Montgomery within 30 days after the members have been appointed as provided in this chapter for the purpose of organizing. The members shall elect a chairman and vice-chairman from among their own number, who shall serve as such for one year from the date of his election.
