Section 16-7A-2

Appointment of members; terms.

Members of the authority shall be elected for four-year terms; provided, however, that the commission, in its first appointments, shall appoint four for one-year terms, four for two-year terms, and four for the full four-year term; thereafter, all members shall be appointed for four years.
