Section 17-2-7

Circuit and probate judges; judges of the courts of appeals.

The judges of the circuit, district and probate courts, the judges of the courts of appeals and clerks of the circuit court shall be elected on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, 1982, and every sixth year thereafter.
