Section 2-15-4

No implied warranty that livestock disease free.

With respect to the sale of cattle, swine, sheep, goats, horses, mules and asses, there shall be no implied warranty that such livestock are free from disease provided that all existing or future federal and state statutory and regulatory requirements have been complied with concerning the inspection and disease prevention and control on such livestock.
