Section 2-17-38

Construction of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter are cumulative with and shall not be construed as to repeal or supersede Sections 20-1-1, 20-1-2, 20-1-3, 20-1-6 and 20-1-8. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this chapter and Sections 22-2-2 or 22-3-2, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
