Section 2-23-9

Promulgation of rules and regulations by board.

The board, after reasonable notice and hearing to interested persons, is hereby authorized to make such rules and regulations as are reasonably necessary to implement and carry out the provisions of this chapter and to establish such additional standards and requirements as are necessary to protect the purchasers and users of agricultural liming materials which relate to the manufacture, distribution, sale and advertising for sale of such materials.
