Section 31-5A-10

Reimbursement policies.

Each resident of any state veterans' home shall pay to the State Department of Veterans' Affairs for deposit in the Alabama Veterans' Home Trust Fund, the cost of maintaining his/her residence at the home. The cost shall be as prescribed by the State Board of Veterans' Affairs in conference with the State Service Commissioner. The cost of the care shall be paid by the 10th of each month.
