Section 33-6A-9

Disposition of fines. THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER. THIS SECTION HAS NOT BEEN CODIFIED BY THE LEGISLATURE.

All fines paid or collected under this chapter shall be paid to the account of the State Water Safety Fund.
