Section 34-30-51

Terms of members.

(a) The term of office of each member of the Board of Social Work Examiners shall be for three years; provided, that of the members first appointed, two shall be appointed for terms of two years, two for terms of three years and three for terms of four years.

(b) Members shall be limited to two consecutive terms of office.
