Section 34-32-19

Receiving and accounting for moneys; separate fund in State Treasury; limitation on appropriation funds.

The secretary of the board shall receive and account for all moneys derived under the provisions of this chapter. Such moneys shall be kept in a separate fund in the State Treasury to be known as the Soil Classifier's Fund. Such fund shall be kept separate and apart from all other moneys and shall be paid out for the expenses and compensation of the board and for enforcing this chapter, upon itemized vouchers, approved by the council and attested by the secretary of the board. The moneys in said fund shall be automatically appropriated to the board for expenditure by the board each fiscal year but not in excess of $10,000.00 in any fiscal year.
