Section 35-12-44

Proceedings to compel delivery of abandoned property.

If any person refuses to deliver property to the Treasurer as required under this article, the Treasurer may bring an action in a court of appropriate jurisdiction to enforce the delivery in the name of the State of Alabama on the relation of the Treasurer.
