Section 41-16-79

Contracts under review by Contract Review Permanent Legislative Oversight Committee. THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER. THIS SECTION HAS NOT BEEN CODIFIED BY THE LEGISLATURE.

All contracts which are subject to the requirements of Section 29-2-41, shall remain subject to that section and shall first be reviewed by the Contract Review Permanent Legislative Oversight Committee.
