Section 8-16-121

Registration requirements, generally.

Only those natural persons who demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries their skill in repairing, servicing or installing, weighing and measuring devices may be registered. The commissioner, under the provisions of Section 2-2-16, is empowered to promulgate rules and regulations which are reasonable and necessary to include necessary skills, standards, procedures and equipment which a registrant must meet and follow to accomplish the evident purpose and intent of this law.
