ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CODE

CHAPTER 44. BEVERAGE CARTAGE PERMIT


	§ 44.01.  AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES.  A beverage cartage 
permit authorizes the holder of a mixed beverage or private club 
registration permit to transfer alcoholic beverages from the place 
of purchase to the licensed premises as provided in this code.

	§ 44.02   FEE.  The annual state fee for a beverage 
cartage permit is $20.

	§ 44.03.  ELIGIBILITY FOR PERMIT.  The commission may 
issue a beverage cartage permit to the holder of a mixed beverage or 
private club registration permit.
