CHAPTER 304. PROVISIONS RELATING TO PROFESSIONAL LIMITED LIABILITY 
COMPANIES



	§ 304.001.  APPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS 
GOVERNING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES.  Title 3 applies to a 
professional limited liability company, unless there is a conflict 
with this title.
