CHAPTER 106. CENTER FOR RURAL HEALTH INITIATIVES

SUBCHAPTER B. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS


	§ 106.026.  REPORT TO LEGISLATURE.  (a)  No later than 
January 1 of each odd-numbered year, the center shall submit a 
biennial report to the legislature regarding the activities of the 
center, the activities of the Rural Foundation, and any findings 
and recommendations relating to rural issues.
	(b)  Redesignated as V.T.C.A., Government Code § 
487.056(b) and amended by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 609, § 3;  
Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, § 9.006(b).
